Carven Fall/Winter 2014–While Dsquared2 unveiled a collection yesterday in Milan, inspired by the contemporary prison system, Carven creative director Guillaume Henry took to the Parisian stage today with a nod to the past. Inspired by prison mug shots of the early 1900s, Henry turned out a collection, darker than usual. Here, semi-relaxed silhouettes took shape with wool coats, pleated trousers and collarless dress shirts. Capturing the theme of the season, prints inspired by prison graffiti dressed shirts, coats and more as the standout element.
